Step 2 - Members’ area
Once logged in you will be presented with members options to add a new resource, manage your existing resources, change your password etc. You can select one of those, or browse the Sharing Zone by clicking the categories or search using the search box on the left of the page.

Step 1 - Logging into the Sharing Zone
This can simply be done by entering your username and password in the ‘Login Here’ box shown near the top-right of the Sharing Zone main page at www.mysparklebox.com/share (see Fig.1 right).
It is worth mentioning that membership to the Sharing Zone is completely separate from SparkleBox subscription membership.

Step 3 - Adding a resource
To add a resource, click ‘Add New Resource’ from the members options on the right of the screen.
You will then be prompted to enter in the resource details as follows:
Resource title:
This is the name for your resource.
Category:
Select the appropriate category for your item.
Description:
Enter a short summary of what the resource is so that visitors can find out a little more before downloading it.
Author:
The name of the person who created the resource. (Normally you, but if not make sure you have the author’s permission to upload!)
Contact email ID:
This is optional.
Download URL:
Most people won’t need to use this option. Use this if you have the resource stored on another website and want to provide a link to the resource there.
Upload box:
Click the ‘Upload’ button to find the resource on your computer and upload to the SparkleBox site. At present, we can only accept resources up to 10 mb in size but we hope to increase this in the future. Please be patient while your resource is transferred to our site - you will be notified when the transfer is complete or if an error occurred.
Terms and conditions:
You must tick to say you agree to our Terms and Conditions before adding.
To finish, click the ‘Add Now’ button.
If you have any difficulties, suggestions or questions please do contact us.
